1. RECRUITMENT

At Charter Staffing we actively seek the best possible candidates for our clients through referral programs, full-time recruitment specialists, networking, Internet advertising, job fairs, classified advertising, Charter Staffing job postings, and on-site recruitment activities.
 

2. EVALUATION PROCESS

Hiring Process - Includes references, in-depth interviews, evaluations, work history and assignment history investigation.

Orientation & Commitment Agreement - We thoroughly train candidates regarding the policies and procedures involved in working with our service and our clients. Candidates learn what is expected of them and how important their role can be.

Employment Screening - At our client's request, we provide a variety of employment testing including: background screening, drug testing, degree checks, credit checks, and driving record verification. Please contact a Placement Specialist to discuss your needs. These services are available at an additional fee. The screenings are conducted with the full knowledge of the candidate and in full compliance of all applicable laws.
